Return/Exchange Policy

Returns
We accept returns for store credit on items received back to us within fifteen (15) days of purchase (the date listed on your receipt). Item(s) must have tags attached still and be unwashed, unworn and unaltered, free of pet hair, deodorant and makeup to receive a refund in the form of store credit only. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error/items that do not meet these requirements, will not receive store credit. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund in the form of store credit. Any item that is returned more than 15 days after your date of purchase will not be accepted and be sent back to sender at sender’s cost for shipping.
Only regular priced items may be returned/refunded for store credit. Sale items cannot be returned/refunded for store credit. Discounted items (all sale items in the sale section and/or items purchased using a promo code of 15% off or more) and items purchased using store credit cannot be returned/refunded for store credit and are FINAL SALE/not eligible for returns/store credit. Orders purchased that include a free gift must also include the free gift if being returned. Please also note preorder items are made to order and cannot be canceled.

If returns do not meet the requirements above, we will contact you and the items will be returned to you at your expense. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items have any signs of wear, misuse or damage by the customer. Subject to change.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase tags must still be attached. Your order invoice will suffice and please just write a note on the invoice reason for returning i.e. “too small/too big” etc. Once we receive your return, refunds in the form of store credit will be issued within 3-5 business days.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund in the form of store credit, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Exchanges:
Due to the nature of the business and quantities ever changing, we do not offer exchanges at this time. However, we do offer store credit on qualifying returns if your item does not work out.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund in the form of store credit.
If approved, then your refund will be processed as store credit only. You will receive an email notifying you of your store credit once approved.

Lost Packages:
We cannot be held responsible for lost/stolen/damaged/misdelivered packages. Once the package is in USPS/UPS custody, they are liable. All packages are shipped insured. If you have a lost, stolen, damaged, or misdelivered package, please contact your local USPS/UPS post office to start a claim with them using your order’s tracking number. No refunds/store credit will be given for lost/stolen/damaged/misdelivered packages.
If your package is returned to us as undeliverable for any reason, you may receive a refund in the form of store credit (minus shipping costs) if your order is eligible or you will be responsible for exact shipping costs to reship.
